Specialist Officers (SO) are recruited by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on a regular basis to fill individual special posts in participating banks across the country, such as IT Officer, Field Officer, Law Officer, HR/Personnel or Management Officer, Marketing Officer, Sales Officer, and so on.

IBPS SO Interview Syllabus 

Candidates who pass the mains exam and meet the overall and sectional cutoffs are invited to a personal interview. The total number of points allotted for the interview is 100. The minimal qualifying score in the interview is 40% (or 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
